This time I was sure that at a minimum we would need some work to correct some sketchy plumbing done by the builder's plumber 19 years ago. We also figured 19 years on a water heater is pretty good and were in the market to replace it at the same time the other issue was addressed. I called on a Monday and they had me worked in two days later. Victor and Tony showed up as scheduled and after looking everything over explained my options in detail. No high pressure salesmanship here. Just a thorough run down of what it would take to do everything from the repair of the leaks to a complete install of a new water heater. We went with the water heater replacement and they had everything up and running after a couple of hours. Once finished they explained what they had done and cleaned up everything. Other than a new water heater and some new pipes you would not even have known they were here. This is a very professional small business with old school customer service. Deal with confidence! When we called we spoke with Lindsey to set the service call. She is very friendly! Tony, the plumber, came the next day and did an excellent job with very high tech equipment! He was super knowledgeable and has a great personality! He fixed our toilet problem AND zeroed in on another problem that could have been disaster had he not found it. He referred us to a reputable company to have that fixed. Tony's referral for that problem was also an excellent service experience! We have had many other plumbers, in the past, that did NOT do a good job and charged us WAY too much! We are so happy to find a local plumbing company that is well established and honest!
