★★★★★I had a Carrier system that was fifteen years old. It was on its last legs. The team of Levi, Joshua and Nathan showed up on time to install a new Trane heat pump and a-c system. I witnessed first hand the assembly of the heat pump and how they prepped the flooring and kept everything clean. Joshua worked on the condenser and its connections and the refrigerant. While the heat pump/a-c apparatus was being completed, Nathan did the maintenance on our other compressors. They were just abpout ready to leave when Joshua discovered a crimped copper tube, supplying the referigerant to the compressor. It was almost flattened. It's possible that the crimped tube shortened the life of our Carrier system and could have damaged our new Trane system. It was by chance Joshua spotted it and he is a hero amongst a group of fine, personable technicians that treat one like family. The team worked well together and knew each other's responsibilities as they did their own, ever mindful of the needs of their customer. You cannot, repeat cannot get better than that.
